- If you are not a business owner, you must be a senior manager in a private sector business for 5 years & you supervise 2 or more employees, have the authority to hire and terminate employment, or recommend termination, and promotion & leave authorization
- Will establish or purchase a business in New Brunswick with minimum investment of $250,000 (Cdn)
- Submit a business plan.
Is this a Permanent Resident visa?
- Yes. This is a permanent resident visa. With this visa you can reside in Canada permanently and can apply for Canada citizenship after living there for 3 years.
Can I move to another city or province in the future?
- The Government of New Brunswick must be satisfied that the prospective applicants will reside in New Brunswick before granting the nomination certificate. The government expects successful applicants to live in the stated destination permanently. However, if the applicants chose to relocate after establishing themselves in New Brunswick due to situation changes, the Constitution of Canada guarantees freedom of movement within Canada.
